They have launched the SBP Online Art Competition 2024 Pakistan. The aim of this offer is to gather new and challenging designs for their upcoming series of banknotes. This competition serves as a platform for local talents to showcase their creativity and contribute to the visual representation of Pakistan’s currency.
The Online Art Competition 2024 Pakistan, initiated on 30-01-2024, invites participants to investigate into various themes that reflect the essence of Pakistan’s identity and aspirations. The SBP highlights on the importance of original and freshness in the designs, encouraging participants to think outside the box and present novel concepts.

To participate in this important competition, entrants are required to create designs for the seven denominations of Pakistani banknotes: Rs. 10, 20, 50, 100, 500, 1000, and Rs. 5000. Each design should be attended by a brief explanation, written in either English or Urdu and limited to 100 words. Moreover, it is necessary for each denomination to feature distinctive colors, contributing to visual differentiation for Art Competition 2024 Pakistan.
Selection Process for Art Competition 2024 Pakistan Online
The selection process involves a 02 evaluation system. Initially, a panel of judges will shortlist the top six designs for each denomination. Subsequently, the SBP will make the final selection, choosing the three most outstanding designs. The winners will be awarded cash prizes, with the first-place recipient receiving Rs. 1,000,000, the second-place recipient receiving Rs. 500,000, and the third-place recipient receiving Rs. 300,000.
Important points for Art Competition 2024 Pakistan
Originality is top, and designs must not infringe upon existing copyrights.
Individuals should be united with the State Bank of Pakistan, including employees and their family members, are not eligible to participate.
Upon submission, the designs become the property of the SBP, granting them the rights to share or modify the designs without additional compensation to the creators.
