Who Can Apply for a BEEF Scholarship?

You can apply if you meet these conditions:

1. Local/Domicile of Balochistan
   • You must belong to Balochistan.
2. Admission Letter
   • You need an unconditional admission offer from a university in Pakistan or a foreign university recognized by the Pakistan Bar Council for the Fall 2025 session.
3. Practicing Lawyer
   • You must have a valid Balochistan Bar Council license.
   • You should have two years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
   • You cannot be doing any other job (public or private).
4. English Proficiency
   • You must have an IELTS score of 6.5 Bands or higher (for foreign studies).
   • IELTS is not required for scholarships in Pakistan.
5. Education
   • You need an HEC-attested LLB degree and transcript (DMC).
6. Service Guarantee
   • After completing your studies, you must return to Balochistan and serve there for at least two years.
   • You need to provide two guarantees on Rs. 500 stamp paper:
     • A self-guarantee.
     • A guarantee from a Gazetted Government Officer (BS-17 or above).

Is There Any Scholarship for LLB Students in Pakistan?

No, this scholarship is only for those applying for LLM or PhD programs. However, many other programs are available for LLB students in Pakistan.

Selection Process

1. Application Submission
   • Fill out the application form from https://beef.org.pk/download.
   • Submit it with all required documents before 12th May 2025.
2. Scrutiny and Testing
   • A committee will check your application.
   • Shortlisted candidates will take an aptitude test conducted by HEC or another agency.
3. Final Selection
   • You need at least 50% marks in the test to qualify.
   • Selection will be based on your test score and other requirements.

LLM Scholarships for International Students

If you apply for international universities, the scholarship will cover:

• Tuition fees
