The government of the Punjab Police Department has officially announced to all the citizens of Pakistan to beware of this news at. “A Bank Check” is the most important thing used to give money from one person to another. In so many cases it is observed that people use bogus and illegal checks for the purpose of deceiving and fraud. So in view of various cases, the Police Department has announced the Punishment on Cheque Dishonor or Bogus Checks of any Bank in Pakistan.

کیا آپ جانتے ہیں؟
کسی کو چیک دیتے ہوئے یہ سوچ لیں کہ اگر چیک کیش نہ ہوا تو اسکی سزا تین سال قید یا جرمانہ یا دونوں سزائیں ہو سکتی ہیں۔ اس لیے پنجاب پولیس کی جانب سے آپکو مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ اگر کسی کو چیک کے ذریعے پیسے ادا کریں تو تمام ضروری باتیں ذہن نشین ہونی چاہیئے کہ جتنے پیسے چیک پر لکھیں اتنے پیسے آپکے اکاؤنٹ میں ہونے چاہئیں اور آپکے دستخط بھی اصلی ہونے چاہیں اور آپکا اکاؤنٹ بھی ایکٹیویٹ ہوں۔ اگر آپکا کسی کو دیا گیا چیک بوگس یا اکاؤنٹ میں پیسے نہ ہوئے تو آپکو درج ذیل پریشانی کا سامنا کرنا ہوگا۔
