Under the Roshan Pakistan Bank Account RDA, this scheme was announced by the State Bank This initiative was taken for nonresidents/overseas of Pakistan started to buy their own house in Pakistan under Roshan Digital Account (RDA). A senate of PTI has explained the Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme. There are up to 1, 20, 000 ex-pats who have been started via this scheme Apni Car RDA account.

The State Bank of Pakistan has announced the Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme for people living abroad. Below first read what is eligibility criteria & installment plans are to apply for the scheme. Check the eligibility criteria to apply for the Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme. Candidates must fill out the application form duly verified with correct spelling. Attach a copy of CNIC and NICOP. Two passport-size colored pictures and a copy of passport, visa, professional associations member certificate, and work permit.

	First-time homeowner.
	One individual can have a subsidized house loan facility.
Ranks of the Scheme	Financing under Tier 0 is available through microfinance banks.

	Financing under stage 3 is available through the SBP banks.
